Chambers Europe 2019 Ranks Andersen Tax & Legal as a Top Firm

The Chambers & Partners legal directory has highlighted Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain and Andersen Tax & Legal in Portugal, member firms of Andersen Global, and their various Partners, as recommended firms and individuals in the Chambers Europe 2019 guide. They were recognized in the areas of Dispute Resolution, Corporate/M&A, Employment and Tax.
In Portugal, Andersen Tax & Legal Partner José Mota Soares was ranked in Band 4 of the Employment area. In addition, Partner Nuno de Oliveira Garcia was recognized as a top practitioner in the area of Tax.
Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain has been recognized as one of the best Spanish Corporate/M&A firms. For the first time, Partner and head of the Corporate/M&A department in the Madrid, Valencia and Seville offices, Gonzalo Cerón, was highlighted as a recognized practitioner. In the area of Dispute Resolution, Andersen Tax & Legal in Spain moved up the ranking to Band 4. Similarly, Partner Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre moved up the Dispute Resolution ranking to Band 2.
Alfredo Aspra and Sergio Juárez, Partners of the Spanish member firm, were both ranked in the Employment area. Alfredo, head of the Employment department within the firm, was highlighted another year in Band 3, while Sergio was recognized for the first time in the Up and Coming section.
In the guide’s Tax area, Andersen Tax & Legal was also ranked for the first time in Band 6. In addition, Javier Vinuesa was recognized as a top practitioner in Band 4.
In the area of Restructuring/Insolvency, Spain Partner Javier Mata was ranked in Band 4.
