Our practice team is qualified to meet requests from both contracting entities and private individuals, regardless of the pre-contractual procedure or of the administrative contract in question. Assistance provided by us to entities covers all stages of contract formation, namely, the opening of pre-contractual procedures and drafting of the procedure papers, analysis of bids and contract awarding. In the legal assistance provided to private entities we are actively involved during bid preparation, in the drafting of information requests, advising during preliminary hearings and in the negotiation of the contract draft.

Our assistance is not restricted to the pre-contractual stage. Services include the contract’s performance and termination stages and whenever necessary litigationseervices.
