Andersen Portugal advised Syclef Iberia, the Iberian division of the Syclef federation, specialised in refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, on the integration of Gesticool, a Portuguese company focused on commercial and semi-industrial refrigeration. This strategic transaction aimed to consolidate and expand the federation’s presence in the Iberian market, with a particular focus on Portugal.

Andersen advised on the transaction representing Syclef Iberia, providing legal counsel throughout the entire process, including due diligence, transaction structuring and the legal analysis related to the integration of Gesticool into the federation.
