Andersen Iberia hires Nádia da Costa Ribeiro as a new partner in the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) practice at its Lisbon office. The lawyer has over 20 years of experience, specializing in areas such as technology law, media, and electronic communications. With her addition, Andersen’s Lisbon office now has a dozen partners.

With a law degree from the University of Lisbon, Nádia da Costa Ribeiro attended a postgraduate course in Competition Law and Regulation at the same institution and completed the Advanced Course on Sector Regulation at the Catolica Lisbon School of Business and Economics. Throughout her career, during which she worked for some of the leading law firms and electronic communications companies in Portugal and Angola, Andersen’s new partner has advised national and international companies in various sectors on matters such as electronic communications regulation; mobile money; product compliance; digital platforms and media; data protection and cybersecurity and the Internet of Things (IoT); technology and cloud contracts; digital infrastructure, data centers, and satellite communications; regulatory litigation and class actions in consumer protection matters.

In addition to practicing law, Nádia da Costa Ribeiro regularly participates in seminars and conferences related to her areas of expertise and regularly publishes articles in the press and in specialized magazines.
