Andersen has appointed Tiago Piló as Partner in the labor department of the Lisbon office

Andersen has appointed Tiago Piló as new Partner and co-head of the Labor Department in the Lisbon office. Tiago Piló, who has more than 30 years’ experience in employment law and labor relations, is recognized in some of the most prestigious international directories, such as Chambers and Legal 500.
Throughout his career, Tiago Piló has advised national and international companies in the industry, technology, health, retail and financial services sectors. Andersen’s new Partner has solid experience in all aspects of Labor Law, namely corporate restructuring, collective bargaining, labor audits, implementation of internal policies and dispute resolution. He also has extensive experience in labor due diligences in the context of M&A transactions, as well as in managing labor relations in environments of digital transformation and adaptation to new working models.
He has a law degree and a postgraduate degree in European Studies from the University of Lisbon. He is a specialist in employment law and a member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA). He combines his legal practice with teaching postgraduate courses at the Catholic University of Porto.
