Andersen has appointed Luísa Carrilho da Graça as the new Partner of the Corporate/M&A department in its Lisbon office. She has vast experience in corporate and transactional advisory services for both national and international clients in the Energy, Natural Resources, Banking, and Finance sectors. With her addition, the firm now has a team of over 50 professionals in the Portuguese capital.

Luísa Carrilho da Graça holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lisbon and a Master’s degree in Commercial and Financial Law from King’s College London. She regularly participates in international energy conferences and is a member of the Environmental and Energy Commission of the International Chamber of Commerce.
