Our Real Estate team integrates lawyers with a strong experience and expertise in the full range of services of this area of law, providing multiple services to promoters and national and international investors, financial institutions and constructors in various sectors namely, tourism, industry, services, construction and rehabilitation, renewable energies and exploitation of natural resources throughout its various phases, including, namely, due diligences, structuring of real estate investment vehicles, several licensing and related environmental issues, urbanistic contracting, funding and creation of the respective guarantees, construction and development of projects, its management and exploitation, rentals or other forms of assignment of use and/or exploitation and sale. The Real Estate Department also provides services in urbanistic and environmental pre-litigation and litigation and in the execution of the several instruments of territorial management.
