We have a large experience of legal advice on commercial matters, providing assistance in general commercial negotiations, drafting of various commercial contracts, purchase and sale operations and commercial guarantees, lease, leasing, lease-back, agency, supply, franchising, concession and commission agreements, among others. We also advice in all type of corporate transactions, such as corporate restructuringsincorporation of joint ventures and privatisations.

Additionally,  have been actively involved in advising management bodies and shareholders in the preparation and implementation of models and practices to adopt. We have drafted codes of conduct and assisted in the drafting of documentation for the incorporation of specialised internal committees, also following their respective operation. Also, to be highlighted the participation and review of corporate governance reports, required by the relevant supervisory bodies.
