Professional Experience

Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law, Portuguese Catholic University (Porto School)

Since May 2025, she has served as a non-practising member of the Superior Council of the Portuguese Bar Association and held the position of Chair of the Jury for the Restricted Tender Procedure for Pre-Qualification in the 2024–2025 term.

Founding member of the European Association of Public-Private Partnership (E.A.P.), member of the Portuguese section of ANESC, and of the RED Iberoamericana de Contratación Pública.

Affiliated with the European Law Institute, ADA – Administrative Law Association, and Ad Urbem Association.

Since 2021, she has been President of the General Assembly of the Portuguese Association of Urban Planning Law.

She also acts as an arbitrator in administrative law matters, with a particular focus on public procurement and the performance of administrative contracts.

She regularly participates, both nationally and internationally, as a speaker at conferences and training events on topics related to public procurement and urban planning law. She has supervised numerous master’s dissertations and doctoral theses and has served as an examiner and jury member for doctoral examinations at various faculties of law.

Integrated researcher at the Católica Research Centre for the Future of Law, where she collaborates within the research line “See the Future – Sea, Environment and Climate Change.”
