“Perfect marriage”. Was the expresion that, for several times, José  Vicente Morote Sarrión, Íñigo Rodríguez-Sastre, managers and co-managing partners of Andersen Spain and José  Mota Soares, partner and leader of the portuguese office, used to describe the merger between the Portuguese and Spanish office.

This change was announced in February and Advocatus set off to meet the three partners of the Andersen office in Madrid. A merger inserted in the two offices expansion strategy aimed at maximizing synergies between the two countries and provide better legal services to their clients through the increase and integration of both offices’ teams.

“We wanted full coverage of the Iberian Peninsula and realized that merging the two markets and creating an iberian firm would better serve our clients’ needs and improve our level of services”
