Member of the Commission for the Revision of Angolan Commercial Legislation.

He regularly collaborates with various higher education institutions and other public bodies at conferences and seminars on a range of legal topics; he held teaching posts between 1997 and 2014, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses at various Portuguese and foreign higher education institutions, namely the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra, the Faculty of Law of Agostinho Neto University in Luanda, the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Mozambique and the Polytechnic Institute of Porto.
